With impressive mesh dimensions of 610 mm x 440 mm x 65 mm (equivalent to 17,446 l), our high performance intercooler offers a staggering 178% larger flow area and an incredible 158% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. Our competition high performance mesh sets the standard for quality and performance. It's a Tube Fin net with internal turbulators specifically designed to optimize airflow and maximize cooling effectiveness. The cast aluminum end boxes were developed using state-of-the-art CAD technology and optimized through CFD simulations for optimal internal airflow. Integrated air routing in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance mesh and maximizes cooling performance. The connection diameters were on Ø67 mm, so this kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses. With our high performance intercooler you will not only experience improved cooling, but also a significantly reduced back pressure compared to the stock cooler. Our intercoolers are also equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating that has excellent heat conduction properties. This not only ensures lasting cooling, but also achieves an impressive increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install and allows for easy replacement with the stock intercooler.
